Three miles light pre race run. First day at Hawaii.

Great weather for a 16 miles Nov. Morning run. Getting ready for the Marathon.

Today was one of the best running days I have had for a while. I went out for a 14 miles long run including passing Fresh Pond.

The pond had the best foliage ever. I looped around the Pond twice.

The temperature is cool. Perfect for running. Leaves are in all different color plus the early morning mist. Every where I turn it is another calendar quality picture. Like I was running in a dream.
