Today’s weather was perfect for distance running, cool, and sunny. However, it is not very good for carrying a flag. It was extremely windy. I simply could not run very fast.
Some facts update:
Bought a new pair of shoes online. Just arrived yesterday and using them today. I also bought my plane ticket for the Hawaii Marathon, arriving the 7th and leaving the 17th. Thirdly, I am writing a public release letter and hope to submit to different places.
I did the same run as yesterday. Work is getting busier but hopefully it is temporary.
I was not able to get to work early enough today. I did my run at home, after getting back from work. I only ran for 5 miles around where I live. I pass the Cambridge Galleria and MIT. It was dark.
