Time passes really fast. It is almost 1/2 year since I started running. I increased my mileages to 50 miles this week. I ran to work 4 times from my new apartment. It is an 11 miles run. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=995261. I plan to stay around 50 to 60 miles a week from now on.
My legs were very tired this past Friday. Summer is coming and the air temperature is hot. I was pretty dehydrated at the end. It took me 15 minutes more to finish the 11 miles.
