I had a lot to do yesterday and end up not able to run today. Well almost not able to. I went out for a two mile jog in the evening before sleep. Not able to show the flag to as many people but I did run. :-)

10 miles to work today. Felt great.

I ran three miles in the morning and two miles in the afternoon today.
It came to me as a surprise when my mother sent me an email. She told me to check out the MIT home page. http://web.mit.edu. Wow, that it was, this website was on the MIT spotlight! I couldn’t believe it. Thanks everyone for your support! (see screen shots below – click on “read moreâ€)
Later in the afternoon, I got a phone call from the Boston Herald and had a phone interview. One photographer came over and took pictures of me and the flag. There will be a story on in the business section of the Boston Herald tomorrow.
I was so excited and ran to several stores to promote the flag after the interview.
The weather is certainly getting warmer and running to work is getting easier. I didn't have run a great time today but I felt recovered from last week.Â
